This is a step-by-step guide to turn on or edit the email notifications set up for your admin staff members. Below the guide is a detailed list of the types of emails available.

 

 

 

Here are the available Email Report Types.

 

  • Daily Maintenance Snapshot - Daily review of maintenance activities. 

  • Work Order Withdrawal Emails - Email at the end of the day of any work orders that someone withdrew from.

  • Daily Parts Pending Summary Email - Daily report of any parts pending on that day.

  • Realtime Parts needed Email - Realtime email of a notice of needs parts.

  • Daily Make Ready update Email - Make Ready Updates daily.

  • Emergency Work Order Email - Email to notify of a new emergency work order. 

  • Daily Open Work Order Email - Daily report for open work orders at the end of the day.

  • Resident Review Notification Email - Notification of a rating/review from a resident for a technician or vendor.

  • New Incident Report - Notification of a new incident report.
