Resident Work Order Completed Email

This email example shows what a resident will see when opening a "Work Order Completed" email. The resident will see a fun celebration but also the option to reopen or rate a work order.

 1. When a work order is complete, the resident will receive an email that looks like this with a celebration!

2. The resident can scroll through the email to review the details or reopen the request if something still needs attention.

3. If the resident wishes to review the work order experience they can click 'Rate' to do so.
