Reports: Work Order Saturation

Work Order Saturation is a key indicator to monitor a properties maintenance management. This report provides a percent based on the number of work orders divided by the number of units.

Shows the current open work orders divided by the number on units in the property. 

Navigate to the Reports Dashboard and choose the Work Order Saturation tile.

In the Search drop down choose the property. Click out of the dropdown and the properties Work Order Saturation will show.

You may also choose to export the report via PDF or CSV.
