Reports: Completed Work Orders

This report provides information on completed work orders for a specified time.

To get to the Completed Work Orders report, select "Reports" in the side navigation bar, this brings you to the Reports Dashboard. Here, select the "Completed Work Orders" report.

You can view this report in two ways:

1. As a summary per property.
2. In detail per work order.

To pull your report:

1. Choose the properties you would like to view.
2. Select the desired timeframe.

You can export this report to PDF or CSV.

Summary View

Viewing the report as a summary shows the total numbers per property for the chosen timeframe.

The information provided per property:

• Amount of work orders completed.
• Average completion time (in days).
• Average resident feedback star rating.
• Number of callbacks.
• Callback percentage.
• Total numbers of your properties combined.

Detailed view

The detailed report shows the completed work orders for the chosen timeframe.

The information provided per work order:

• Work order category
• Location
• Completion time
• Resident feedback star rating
• Number of callbacks.
• The total/average numbers of the work orders.

Clicking anywhere on a work order row will open the work order, where you can view its complete timeline and notes.
