Reports: Completed Work Orders
Learn how to navigate the reporting dashboard to filter and display completed work orders by specific property locations. This guide simplifies the process of tracking maintenance history for your facilities.
1. Navigate to the "Reports" Tab on the Left

2. Select the "Completed Work Orders" Report

3. The Initial Pull Will Show The Summary Page Showing the Columns Below: Property, Completed Work Order Count, Average Completion Time, Average Rating, Callbacks, and Callback Percentage.

4. You Can View One or More Property. To View Multiple Properties- Select the Drop Down

5. Choose the Desired Property Within the Drop Down

6. You Can Choose Between a Summary or Detailed Version of the Report

7. You Can Pull All Completed Work Orders - This Will Make Exporting Easier

8. Select The Drop Down "Date" To Change the Time Frame For The Report

9. Under The "Date" Drop Down, You can Select From Different Time Frames Already Provided or A Custom Time Range

10. You Can View Specific Work Order Categories

11. Select the Desired Work Order Category For The Report

12. Navigate to the "Export" Button on the Top Right

13. Choose The Desired Format for The Downloadable Report or Subscribe for Recurring Emails of the Report

14. From Here You Can Select How You Want The Report (PDF or CSV), How Often You Would Like The Report, and The Time of Day You Would Like The Report
