How to Subscribe to Exportable Data in AppWork

Overview

With the new "Subscribe to Exportable Data" feature, AppWork users can now easily subscribe to any exportable data within the system. Once subscribed, you'll receive an email with the requested data when you select it. This feature is perfect for staying up-to-date with essential metrics, reports, or any other data you need regularly.

How to Subscribe to Exportable Data

Follow these simple steps to set up your data subscription:

  1. Navigate to the Data Export Section:
    • Go to the AppWork section, where the data is you'd like to subscribe to. This data could be a report, a list of maintenance tasks, or any other exportable data.
  2. Click on the "Export" Button:
    • The "Export" button is usually located at the top right of the data table or report page. Click on it to view export options.

    3. Select the "Subscribe" Option:
  • You'll see a new "Subscribe" button in the export options dropdown. Click on this to start the subscription process.

    4.  Choose Your Subscription Preferences:

A popup window will appear where you can configure your subscription settings. Here, you can:

  • Select Data Format: Choose between CSV, Excel, or PDF formats.
  • Set Frequency: Decide how often you'd like to receive the data (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Select Time of Delivery: Choose the specific time you want the email sent.

     5.  Set Up Your Preferences:

For example, you can select "PDF" as your format, choose "Weekly" frequency, and select specific days for the report to be sent.

     6.  Confirm Your Subscription:

Once you've configured your preferences, click the "Schedule Email" button. You'll see a confirmation message indicating that your subscription is successful.

 

 

Managing Your Subscriptions

Editing or canceling subscriptions is not currently available but will be soon. In the meantime, if you need to adjust or stop a subscription, you can contact the AppWork support team for assistance.
