How to Set Up and Manage Auto Assign for Properties

Navigate to Settings.

Choose Property Settings

Choose Maintenance Tab

Then Choose the Work Orders Dashboard

Toggle On/Off Auto Assign

Decide on the different options for Auto Assign

• Assign Unit Work Orders As A Group
  When a work order for a unit is auto-assigned to a technician, any other unassigned work orders for that unit will also be assigned to that technician if they have the required skill
• High Priority Work Order On Priority
  Make high priority work orders on priority for auto-assign
• Auto Assign High Priority Work Orders Only
  When Auto Assign is enabled, it will only assign high priority work orders automatically
• Max Auto Assign
  Maximum number of orders auto-assigned to a tech
• High Priority Work Order Exemption
  When Auto Assign is enabled it will continue to assign high priority work orders automatically even when a technician has reached their assignment maximum
