Reports: Ratings & Reviews
Learn how to access and filter detailed feedback from residents within the AppWork admin dashboard. This guide helps property managers effectively monitor service quality and review specific resident comments.
Many technicians are worried when they start to use AppWork about getting bad reviews... Luckily, the technicians using AppWork have an average of 4.7-star ratings!
Monitoring technician performance is simple and takes just a few clicks.
1. Navigate to Reports from the sidebar menu.

2. Select the Ratings & Reviews Report.

3. Select the Property you want to view ratings and reviews for.

4. Click on Recipient to filter by technician.

5. You can also select a Resident to filter by.

6. Choose a date range.

7. Use the Rating filter to show results by stars.

8. Navigate to the review you would like to open.

9. View the Rating and Review inside the work order.

10. Click See More to see review details.
