Marking a Work Order as "No Access"
If you arrive at a resident's unit, but cannot get inside to work on your task, then you will need to mark the work order as "No Access."
You can find the "No Access" button by pressing the "+" next to the "Complete" button.
After selecting the "+" you will see the following additional options:
When you tap on the "No Access" button, you will see a dropdown, offering you a choice of reasons why you cannot enter the unit.
Select the most appropriate reason. After your selection, AppWork will automatically add a note to the work order timeline. The note will include the reason you provided, plus include a date and time stamp.
In this case, the resident had a dog loose in the unit, preventing the technician from entering safely.
