Marking a Work Order as Waiting on Parts

If you realize while working on a work order that you need to order a part to complete the job, then you will need to mark the work order as "Waiting on Parts."

First, tap on the "+" button next to the "Complete" button.

Tap on the "Need Parts" button. This will open a pop-up asking you which part is needed. Type what you need and hit the "Confirm" button.

After you confirm the request, the task will remain under your "Open" tab. AppWork will add a note to the timeline, indicating that the work order needs a part in order for you to finish it. The note will say "Part requested by [your name]." It will also include the note you made above.
