Completing or Withdrawing from a Work Order

Completing a Work Order

When you tap on the complete button, the app will open your device's camera so that you can take a picture of the job you just finished. After taking a picture, the app will prompt you to "add a note to complete work order...".

If, however, your community manager has turned off the requirement to upload a photo upon completion of work orders, then you will skip this step.

AppWork will automatically move the work order to your completed tab.

Withdrawing from a Work Order

If you cannot complete a work order and need to withdraw from it for any reason, then press the "+" button next to the "Complete" button. You will see the following three options:

Tap on the "Withdraw" button. A pop-up will appear asking you for the reason why you are withdrawing. Type your reason and hit the "Confirm" button.
