Deactivating a Technician

Follow these steps to efficiently deactivate a technician within the AppWork admin dashboard. This guide provides a quick walkthrough of the settings menu to help you manage your team access securely.

For the sake of data and analytics, you can not delete a technician once added. However, you can deactivate one.

1. Navigate to the Technicians tab on the sidebar menu.

2. Select the technician profile you wish to disable.

3. Click on Edit Profile to take you to the technicians settings.

4. Scroll down to the Danger Zone.

5. Press Deactivate Technician to remove their access.

6. A message will pop up letting you know the technician is now disabled.
