Welcome to the AppWork mobile Technician App! We designed it with the needs of maintenance technicians in mind. It is easy to use, with an intuitive interface. Our goal is to make your job easier. To get started, you will need to install the app on your mobile device (phone or tablet).
Google Play Store
For technicians with an Android device, first, go to the AppWork Technician App in the play store.
Tap on the "Install" button. Allow the app access to the camera and GPS. Access to the camera will for sure be needed, but access to GPS is only necessary if your company is using the app to track technicians' locations.
Apple App Store
For technicians using a device iOS, first, go to the AppWork Technician App in the App Store.
Tap the "Get" button to start downloading the app. Give the app permission to use the device's camera and GPS. Access to the camera will for sure be needed, but access to GPS is only necessary if your company is using the app to track technicians' locations.
Opening the App
Once installed, you should see the AppWork icon on your device's home screen. Tap on that icon to open the app.
