Integrating with RealPage

Step 1

Locate Integration Marketplace from the Resources menu items while logged into Unified Platform.

Step 2

Find AppWork in the list of AppPartners by searching by name or by category of Facilities Management.  Click on AppWork logo > Subscribe Now.

You will see the sample in the body of the email.

Step 3

Enable the properties you wish to subscribe to.  Enable desired properties by toggling the Enable/Disable button to on (green) > Save

That is it!  Your Subscription request has now been submitted to the AppWork team for approval. Your subscription request will remain in Pending status until AppWork approves the subscription.  You can view the status of your subscriptions at any time by clicking on the number hyperlink under the Selected Properties.  However, once you let me know you have completed the above portion, we will complete the integration. 

AppWork will notify you once we have completed our steps.

Important Notes

A OneSite user can only manage subscriptions from the Integration Marketplace. 

The OneSite user submitting the subscription requests must have the Integration Marketplace product access and Integration Manager role. Both permissions are located under the Core center.

If you do not have this permission, contact the RealPage Administrator at your company.

For additional help with permissions, please submit a support ticket in the Client Portal. 

Choose "RealPage Exchange" in the product dropdown.
