The Technician Dashboard
To get to the technician dashboard select "Technicians" in the side navigation bar:
When you first arrive on this page, you will be on the "Technicians" tab of the Technician's module. When you arrive, you will by default see the active technicians of your property. If you have access to multiple properties, you will see the active technicians of all of your properties. To select a single property, use the property filter.
If you click or tap on a single technician, the app will take you to that technician's individual page. Learn about the technician page in this article.
Filter by Property
When you click or tap on the property filter, a list of all your properties will appear. Select the single or multiple properties that you want to see or compare. You will see only active technicians when the page first loads. To see disabled technicians, use the "Active" toggle.
Toggle Between Active and Inactive
To the far right, at the top of technician cards, there is a toggle. This allows you to change the view between active and inactive technicians (based on the property chosen and the date filters applied).
Date Filter
By using the date filter, you can focus on technicians from a specific period of time. Additionally, the date filter affects the leaderboard filters. For example, if you want to see the technician leaders by ratings (who has the best ratings), you can use the date filter to see the rankings from the last month, the last six months, the last year, and so on.
Leaderboard Options
You can use four quick filters to see how technicians rank against each other. The four filters are:
- Rating: See who has the best ratings from highest to lowest.
- Completion Time: See how long it took each technician to complete work orders on average. This will show from the shortest average time (fastest) to the longest average time (slowest).
- Completed: See the number of work orders completed, from the most to the least.
- Callbacks: See the number of callbacks per technician, from the most callbacks to the least callbacks.
You can see how the date filter would heavily affect the numbers and rankings on the leaderboard.
Export Data
After applying the property, technician name, or data filters, you can export the results either as a PDF or spreadsheet.
This is an example of what the PDF export would look like:
Search by Technician Name
You can also filter by technician name. This is more useful when you have more than eight technicians listed (usually when you have more than one property selected).
Pick a View
If you would prefer to see the technician data in a more tabular form, you can change the view of the dashboard. The view buttons are located in the upper-right corner of the page, under the "New Technician" button.
