There are four action buttons for each work order and make ready task.

Complete
When you tap on the complete button, the app will open your device's camera so that you can take a picture of the job you just finished. After taking a picture, the app will prompt you to "add a note to complete work order...". The same thing will happen when completing a make ready task.
If, however, your community manager has turned off the requirement to upload a photo upon completion of work orders and make ready tasks, then you will skip this step.
