After installing the app and logging in, you can start getting to work! When the app first opens, you will see the home screen.
Home Screen: Open Work Orders
On the home screen, there is a list of open tasks. These tasks include:
- Works Orders (in green)
- Make Ready Tasks (in purple)
- Inspections (in blue)
To the right of the "Open" tab is the "Completed" tab, so you have a clear and detailed history of all the work you've done.
Quick Actions
Swipe to the left on any task to see your quick action options.
If you tap on "Withdraw," "Complete," or "Notify" on the home screen, a popup window will appear, asking for a photo or comment.
Home Screen: Completed Work Orders
The second tab on the home screen will show a list of your completed tasks. If the resident rates your work order, then the rating will also appear here.
When you tap on any task on the home screen, it will open a new view with just that specific task showing. Read more about the individual work order, make ready task, and inspection.
