After downloading and installing the app, you will be able to log into it. There are three ways to log in. Whichever way you use, you will remain logged in even between uses.

Scan a Code
To log in with a QR code, you will need to be standing near a manager or supervisor who has access to AppWork's admin portal. They will need to tap on "Technicians" in the side navigation bar, then select your profile, and then go to the "Edit Profile" tab. Once there, a QR code appears, like this:
Hold your phone up to the QR code (you may need to give permission for the AppWork Technician app to access the phone's camera). Once scanned, you will be logged into the app until you manually log out, or delete the app from your device.
Enter a Login Code
If you don't have access to the admin portal, then you can also log into the app with a code. The code will look something like the following: 8a5375f9-2c04-4plw-b076-02c164c089cy
Your manager or supervisor should be able to copy and send the code to you as a text message. You can then copy and paste the code into the input field.
Tap on the "Login" button after entering your code, and that's it!
Request a Text Link
Finally, you can also log into the AppWork Technician app through a link sent directly to your phone as a text message.
Enter your phone number, then tap the "Login" button. Go to your text messages, and find the SMS from AppWork. Tap on the link (it includes a passcode). You will be redirected to app and automatically signed in.
After you log in, you can customize the app settings (if enabled by your manager).
