Maintenance Settings: Badges
Badge settings can be found under System Settings > Maintenance > Badges
Adding Badges
To add new badges for your team to earn, click the "+ Add New Badge" button on the top right of the page.
You can select to create a new badge from scratch or use one of the 22 badge templates available.
Enabling Badges
If badges are disabled, the technicians will not receive any badges for achievements.
Active Badges
Deactivated Badges
If you'd like to deactivate a badge, hover over the badge and click the deactivate button. This will remove the badge from all technician's earned and in-progress tabs.
The badge can always be reactivated in the future by hovering over the badge from the Deactivated Badges section and clicking the activate button.
