General Settings at the Property Level

Location

In General Tab, the admin can add and set “Location” for the property selected in the “Property filter” This is where you upload your logo, and icon and set the email, website address Property address and time zone, etc. Make sure if you make changes that you click on "save" at the bottom of the screen.

 

Documents

From this section, we can save and upload documents for the respective property we selected. This is where the terms and rental verification documents are stored.

 

Floor Plans

This module describes what kind of things, structures, designs, and other physical features exist within each type of unit on the property. This information is pulled through the integration.

 

API Keys

AppWork API Keys are helpful for accessing public data anonymously and are used to associate API requests with your project for quota and billing.

 

However, they are typically used to authenticate a bank account or the site with the API rather than a human user. Different platforms may implement and use API keys in different ways.

 

AppWork uses two providers for payments and transactions. Both are third-party software for communicating with a bank account processor, Authorize, and Payscape.
