Creating Make Ready Tasks

Any admin can create schedule and assign a make ready task.

 

When Creating a make-ready task, there are options.

  • Assign
  • Schedule
  • Assign and Schedule

 

Creating a Make-Ready Task

Go to the Make Ready Board by selecting "Make Ready" in the left sidebar.

Scheduling a Make-Ready Task

To schedule a make-ready task:

  1. Click on any task box
  2. Click on "schedule" and select a date

The scheduled date for this task is now in the box. Update per info provided.

To schedule multiple tasks at once:

  1. Click on one of the boxes you would like to schedule and place the checkmark in the box.
  2. Select all the tasks you want to schedule, by checking them off.
  3. Hit "Schedule" on the top right above the Make ready Board.
  4. Now select a date for all these tasks in one shot.

Assigning a Make-Ready Task

To assign a task, you:

  1. Click on the scheduled date in the task box
  2. Select the technician, vendor, or admin you want to assign the task to. (See here how to add a vendor)

If someone assigns a task, the picture of the technician or the vendor logo will appear in the task box.

If a technician is assigned the task, it appears in purple under "Assigned to me" in the Technician App.

Editing a Make-Ready Task

To modify an existing task, click the task box and open the pop-up. You will be able to edit it.
