Unassigned Work Orders Can @Resident and @Admin
Residents only see what is @Resident not @Admin - However both comments become a permanent part of the work order history.
Choose Unassigned Work Order
Click in Comment Box type in the @ symbol and Choose Resident or Admin to send message to.
For residents it will be sent via email and text depending on the residents permission.
For Admins it will not be visible to residents.
Assigned Work Orders Can @Technician, @Resident and @Admin
Residents only see what is @Resident not @Technician or@Admin - However all comments become a permanent part of the work order history.
Choose Assigned Work Order to comment on. @Technician will send the Technician a text message that they received a message on the work order.
